As our valued customer, we take great care in delivering your products to your preferred delivery address, promptly and safely. We have partnered with reputed national courier companies to courier your orders.

To ensure your privacy and for your convenience, Makclan Creations offers discreet packaging. Our outer packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even to your place of work.

Below are our Shipping terms and conditions for you to be aware of: Domestic & International Shipping.

Free Shipping for all orders, to be delivered in India. Except for Cash on Delivery Shipments.

Cash on Delivery service will be available at most of the locations in India, subjected to services by our courier partners in your area of delivery.

We ship to countries outside India, only if the order value is equivalent to USD 100 or more, paid in advance. The shipping is free, however customers ordering from other countries or jurisdictions should note that custom duty, clearance charge, local tax and any other related charge, if any, will be borne by the customer. As these charges, if any, vary vastly for every jurisdiction and country, Makclan Creations cannot pre-estimate these charges, nor will be responsible for them.

Orders will be typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the time of receipt of your order request and are shipped post order verification and credit card payment approval.

All orders will typically be delivered within 3 – 5 business working days.

Orders placed on Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holiday will be shipped the following working day. Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays will not be considered as working/ business days.

Makclan Creations cannot be held responsible for delays due to acts of God, inclement weather or other unavoidable delays.

All packages are insured by Makclan Creations for their full retail value. Once your package has been delivered, Makclan Creations will no longer be responsible for providing insurance for your package.

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred during transit, if any, which are to be paid upon arrival of the package.
