Returns

At Makclan Creations, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the product meets or exceeds your expectations. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, you must contact us by email at connect@makclan.com informing us of your notice of returns within 7 days of you receiving the delivery of product. And wait for our response before you return the goods to us. Please do not send us items for refunds or exchange until you hear from us.

Once we have received this notice of returns we will advise you (where applicable) about the return of the goods to us along with their original packing (where applicable) for a full exchange or refund as per the terms and conditions given below.

Where applicable, refunds will be made by cheque or electronic transfer to your account by NEFT and not on credit card/debit card/other electronic payment platforms. The cheque will be issued in the name of the original purchaser/customer, in Indian Rupees and will be sent by courier to addresses in India and by air mail to overseas addresses.

Where applicable, please allow up to 7 working days for the disbursement of the refund amount, after the receipt of the returned goods at our returns center and duly checked for hygiene condition of the product.

All refunds or exchange requests are subject to the following terms and conditions;
Products must be in new and mint condition; they shouldn’t be worn, washed, soiled or dirty. The tags should be intact and attached to the garment.

Returns will be acceptable in the original packing only. Any products with damaged packing will not be accepted.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or wired garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups.

Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Every item shipped back to us will be inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control and determine eligibility for refund / exchange. Management’s decision on this issue will be final.

Due to the intimate nature of certain items and our hygiene standards, we will not accept returns on panties or any garment fitted below the waist including lingerie sets which includes a panty etc., if they are not in it’s original condition.

In any matching sets, once the panties have been taken out of the original packing, they cannot be returned. Please try the fitting of the bra before unpacking the panties from original package.

Items on sale, special promotions or products otherwise discounted, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you received a product, as a gift from loved ones and need to exchange it, please adhere to our return/exchange guidelines.

Gift wrapping charges and/or special packaging charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Products sold as packs or in sets cannot be returned as individual items.

Please note, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You must also take reasonable care to ensure that Makclan Creations receives the returned goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging and send the goods back to us using a traceable delivery method such as a reputable courier. The cost of the return courier has to be borne by the customer (you). Please ensure you retain courier’s airway bill / receipt.
